Term & Conditions

Project terms

Hewoch Enterprise is independent contractor for app development, deployment, hosting & support.
Hewoch Enterprise will work together to complete the project in a timely manner.
Hewoch Enterprise reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Additional fees will be charged if it decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope and objectives.
Hewoch Enterprise warrants that the functionality contained in this project will meet requirements and that the operation will be reasonably error-free.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Payment & refund terms

All prices are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.
Fees for yearly services will be invoices on the 1st business day of the month after a year.
Deposit and milestone fees received will be refund only if the project is cancelled by Hewoch Enterprise, else it will not be refund.
